Sanborn's Covert Operations Fragments

Scattered around the country are various "Covert Operations Fragments" by sculptor Jim Sanborn. These are pieces that were made out of pulped CIA documents, into which Sanborn stamped encrypted text.

There are two large ones at the Zola Spy Restaurant. Sanborn said that these are two halves of the same piece.
